Wallingford Garden Buildings

Wallingford Garden Buildings, was set up by Jon Morrison to build beautiful, bespoke, outdoor architecture, to clients exact specifications. A builder by trade Jon has been operating in Wallingford and the surrounding area for the last 20 years.

Following increasing requests and a growing reputation locally, along with a passion for creating bespoke garden buildings, Jon decided to go over to it full time.

What is bespoke?

Everything! From finish to flooring, glazing, style and roofing material. There are no set sizes here!

Currently we operate in and around the OX10/ OX11 area, but if in doubt do get in touch.

What We Do

We build quality, bespoke garden buildings to your exact specifications.

Unlike many other companies we create the design, specify the materials and build the structure ourselves. This means we are fully in control of all the variables, so you can have exactly what you want from your garden building for an agreed budget. Our buildings can serve any purpose you desire and fit any space in your garden, you tell us what you want and we will make it happen.

Solid reinforced concrete base so no room for vermin to get underneath.

Structure

All walls reinforced and ply sheathed for stability and longevity.

Fully insulated (electric connect to house and certificated).

Choice of roof shapes and covering. Why not have a living roof?

Outside

Many claddings to choose from, windows and doors UPVC, aluminium & double glazed – all to current building regs.

Inside

Interior can be boarded or plastered and fully decorated. Laminate floor with under-floor heating? No problem!
